Meet Our Veterinarians
Greg Harris, DVM
Dr. Harris is a native of Chapel Hill. He graduated from Forest High School 1969 and attended Lipscomb University and graduated in 1973 with a degree in Chemistry. He worked for Vanderbilt University in the Biochemistry department for 6 years then decided he wanted to be a veterinarian. He then attended the University of Tennessee Knoxville and graduated with his degree as a Doctor Of Veterinary Medicine in 1982. He opened his practice in Chapel Hill in the fall of 1985. He has joyfully served his friends and community for over 30 years. When Dr. Harris is not at work he enjoys hiking, farming and horse back riding.
Jessica Larson, DVM, DACVIM
Dr. Larson is our MOVES veterinary internal medicine partner in the Nashville region. She is available to perform consultations and advanced internal medicine procedures at Veterinary Services of Chapel Hill. Dr. Jessica Larson graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine with honors. She then completed a general rotating small animal internship at Michigan Veterinary Specialists in Southfield, MI, after which she was accepted into a Small Animal Internal Medicine Residency at Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Larson is Board Certified through the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine. She has extensive experience in many facets of veterinary medicine including private clinical practice, the veterinary industry and at-home euthanasia. Her main interests include enhancing client relationships and engagement, being a valuable partner on the journey of each pets illness and being both the teacher and the student in most situations. She also loves geriatric cats! In her spare time she enjoys doing outdoor activities with her husband and two kids and shares her home with two cats.
